General Provisions

Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Age Limit and Eligibility Requirements
To open an account on 244 bat, you must be 21 years of age or older. Registration by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited, and any such account found will be immediately closed and all deposited funds may be withheld.
2.2 Information Provided at Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. Registering with false or incomplete information and subsequently failing identity verification may result in account suspension or closure. The information required at registration includes:
- Full name (matching your national identity card)
- Mobile number (active and registered in your name)
- Email address (valid and regularly used)
- Date of birth (for age verification)
2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
244 bat may request documents for identity verification before processing a withdrawal request or if certain transaction limits are exceeded. If documents are not provided in a timely manner after the request, the account may be temporarily placed on hold.
Account Security and Management

Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Terms
Deposits on 244 bat can be made via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Once a deposit transaction is completed successfully, it is generally credited to the account within a few minutes. If there is a delay due to technical issues, please contact customer support.
The mobile banking number you use to deposit must be registered in your own name. Deposits from third parties are not accepted and such transactions may be returned.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms

Bonus and Promotional Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳2,000, making the total balance ৳3,000; the wagering requirement on this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount, meaning ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before it becomes withdrawable.
5.2 Other Promotional Offers
244 bat regularly provides various promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms which are published at the time the offer is announced. The general rules are listed below:
- Each promotion is limited to a specific time period; once expired, it can no longer be claimed.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.
- The weekly reload bonus requires a minimum deposit of ৳200 and an 18x wagering requirement.
- The cricket festival bonus applies only when a deposit is made for the purpose of betting in the cricket or sports section.
- 244 bat reserves the right to void a bonus and any associated winnings if bonus abuse or attempts to exploit bonus terms are detected.
Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 General Betting Rules
Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless 244 bat itself decides to void the bet under specific circumstances (such as an event being cancelled or postponed). If a bet is incorrectly accepted due to a technical error, 244 bat reserves the right to cancel it.
6.2 Sports Betting
Odds offered in sports markets are subject to change and the odds at the time the bet is confirmed are final. In live markets after an event has started, odds may change rapidly. If an event starts more than 12 hours before or after the scheduled time, 244 bat reserves the right to void the bet.
6.3 Casino and Slot Games
All casino games and slot games operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is stated in the game description. If your internet connection drops during a game, you will return to the previous game state upon reconnecting; however, any system-generated results during that period are considered final.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 244 bat platform. Violating these rules may result in permanent account closure and all balances being withheld:
- Exploiting loopholes in bonus terms to gain undue advantage ("bonus abuse")
- Operating multiple accounts or accessing another person's account
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions
- Using software bots, scripts or automation tools
- Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems
- Colluding with other members to influence game outcomes ("collusion")
- Opening or maintaining an account using false information
- Operating an account on behalf of a minor
Limitation of Liability
244 bat provides services on an "as-is" basis. We make every effort to ensure uninterrupted service, but our liability is limited in the following circumstances:
- Internet connection issues or third-party network failures
- Banking or payment provider system issues
- Unexpected technical errors or server downtime
- Loss arising from problems with your device or software
- Loss resulting from your account details being disclosed to a third party
Under no circumstances will 244 bat be liable for indirect, incidental or special damages. For direct damages, our maximum liability will be limited to the amount transacted in that specific incident.

Account Suspension and Closure
10.1 Closure by 244 bat
If any clause of these Terms is violated, 244 bat may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice. In cases of serious violations (fraud, money laundering, multiple accounts), all balances may be confiscated. For less serious cases, a warning will be issued first.
10.2 Closure by the Member
You may request to close your account at any time. If there is an active bonus at the time of closure and the wagering requirements have not been met, that bonus balance will be cancelled. However, your actual deposited funds (excluding bonuses) will remain withdrawable, provided no other restrictions apply.
